Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II to support member engagement, account maintenance, and programming insights at our Centreville location.

You will excel in a fast-paced hospitality environment and help guests enjoy a seamless, personalized experience from first contact through ongoing membership interactions. You will grow professionally by pursuing hospitality certifications and contributing to a team that prioritizes outstanding service, relationship-building, and guest

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests by delivering memorable experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Resolves issues and problems as they arise using available tools.
