Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge II in Massachusetts to manage member accounts, deliver exceptional guest service, and provide insights on programming.

You will engage members and guests, educate them about events, pricing, and policies, and help build lasting relationships. The role emphasizes hospitality, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.

Qualifications

• Must deliver high-quality customer service and strong verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• Friendly and outgoing demeanor required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Educate members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assist with account maintenance and processing member needs and payments.
• Support new membership sales and member retention efforts.
• Engage in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
