Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in customer service or sales, High School diploma, and the ability to obtain a retention certification within 60 days.

Qualifikationen

• Capable of multitasking while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Able to stand for 4 hours and maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Retention Specialist Certification due within 60 days of hire; strong communication skills.

• Operates as first contact for members and guests entering resort.
• Builds relationships with members to create extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, changes, and payments for programs and services.
• Contacts and supports new membership sales and retention interactions.
• Performs problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns.
