Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I in Massachusetts to be the first contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming, high-quality service experience.

You will educate on programs, events, pricing, and policies while building value-based relationships that boost loyalty and support members in pursuing healthy lifestyle goals. The role emphasizes hospitality, multi-tasking in a fast-paced club environment, and a commitment to service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Must complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
• HS graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
