Gold's Gym is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members and guests, control access, and handle a variety of front desk and administrative tasks. You will check members in, assist with inquiries, process sales, and guide guests to trainers and classes.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly to create a friendly entrance and exit.
• Control access at the front door and retail area to ensure safety and flow.
• Check members in using proper procedures.
• Monitor check-ins and notify management of delinquent accounts.
• Register guests into the gym with correct procedures.
• Direct guests and appointments to the appropriate trainer promptly.
• Answer calls professionally and relay messages with required details.
• Respond to member requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a neat appearance and wear proper uniform with nametag.
• Distribute keys, towels, and other materials as needed.
• Process retail and concession sales and keep inventory stocked.
• Attend staff meetings as directed.
• Maintain front desk area according to company standards.
• Log maintenance concerns and report safety issues.
• Notify management of incidents requiring reports.
• Work scheduled shifts and adhere to attendance policies.
• Assist with membership sales and sign-ups, including kiosk or computer.
• Handle member account changes and related forms.
• Assist with receiving orders and checking in retail and concession products.
• Assist members with registering and checking in for classes via app.
