Job summary

Gold's Gym is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members, guests and staff, direct them as they enter, and provide friendly, efficient service at the front door and retail area.

You will check members in, assist with member requests and inquiries, handle phone calls, process retail sales, sign up new members, coordinate with trainers, and support gym operations and safety reporting.

Qualifications

• Front desk experience or customer service background preferred.
• Ability to greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Proficient in handling inquiries, check-ins, and basic registrations.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Check members in using proper procedures and monitor check-ins.
• Assist with member requests, inquiries about gym operations, and policies.
• Process retail and concession sales and maintain inventory.
• Answer phone calls professionally and route messages to management.
• Assist with memberships, new member signups, and class registrations.
