Job summary

Gold's Gym is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members and guests as they enter the facility. You will direct inquiries, assist with memberships, process check-ins, and handle basic administrative tasks under the guidance of the Gym General Manager.

As the initial point of contact, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, answer calls professionally, and support front desk operations, including retail and class registrations.

Qualifications

• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
• Assist with inquiries about gym operations and policies.
• Handle member check-ins and basic account changes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct members, guests, and staff at the front door.
• Check members into the gym using proper procedures.
• Answer calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
• Assist with membership sales and sign-ups at kiosks or computers.
• Process retail and concession sales and maintain stock.
• Attend staff meetings and keep front desk area tidy and uniformed.
