Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance members' experience at the club. You'll be responsible for greeting potential members, answering inquiries, and facilitating member services throughout the day.

To excel in this role, a strong customer service ethic, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are essential. Various benefits are offered, including health insurance and a free membership.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
• Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, and cancellations.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions as needed.
