Job summary

Fitness Ventures (Crunch Fitness) is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the first and last point of contact for members and guests. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, welcoming every visitor, and supporting member needs to promote satisfaction and retention.

The MSR will handle front desk operations, greet guests, process payments, schedule services, and promote club offerings while maintaining a clean, professional environment and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and important announcements.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Assist with administrative and operational projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
