Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the welcoming face of the club. This role delivers exceptional customer service, assists members and guests, and supports daily front desk operations to ensure a positive experience for all visitors.

The MSR will greet guests, check in members, relay club events and promotions, process payments, promote services and retail, and help maintain a clean, professional environment. They may assist with events and promotions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests, and communicate events and promotions.
• Process payments for club amenities; schedule services.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and work area.
• Support events, decorations, and team projects.
