Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a proactive Member Services Representative to be the friendly, first and last contact for members and guests. You will deliver exceptional service, welcome guests, process check-ins, and communicate club events to promote a positive member experience.

Responsibilities include greeting members, answering calls, handling transactions, scheduling services, and supporting daily front desk operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately per policies.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and announcements.
• Promote and sell retail products and services to members and guests.
• Support front desk operations and maintain accurate records.
