Job summary

Rally Credit Union in Brownsville, TX seeks a friendly Front Desk/Greet Member Associate to welcome members, explain products, and guide them to services. You will assist with ATM/ITM transactions, enrollments, and basic account inquiries while supporting clerical tasks to keep service timely and accurate.

Attention to detail and a proactive service attitude are essential. This on-site role involves daily lobby presence, signage upkeep, and equipment operation such as debit card printing and ITM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service or reception experience.
• Credit union or financial experience preferred.
• Wrist/hand manipulation and ability to stand for extended periods; computer monitor use.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors and be the first point of contact.
• Update lobby tracker and route to appropriate staff.
• Assist with ATM/ITM usage and enrollment.
• Provide clerical support and complete data/documents as requested.
• Maintain lobby area neatness and ensure signage is posted.
• Handle member inquiries about accounts and services.
• Assist with mail distribution and FedEx scheduling.
• Maintain compliance with BSA/AML and CIP requirements.
• Prepare member documents per branch staff instructions.
