Job summary

Texas Bay Credit Union in Houston is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet members and visitors in the lobby, maintain sign-in records, and support branch operations. You will assist with member inquiries, explain banking tools, and help direct customers to the right services.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, inputting data into the Lobby Tracking System, and supporting teller-related tasks while promoting available products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–12 months of similar or related experience.
• Completion of required training courses.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors as they arrive in the lobby and input them into the Lobby Tracking System.
• Manage the lobby experience by informing customers about tools and services to reduce wait times.
• Process routine transactions and support FSRs as needed (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers).
• Balance cash drawer daily and maintain security of cash and teller information.
• Advertise and explain credit union products and services to members as appropriate.
