RRCU invites applications for a Member Service Teller in Texas. You will greet members, open new memberships, and help with their financial needs, acting as a liaison between member and credit union.

The role requires strong customer service, cash handling, and the ability to explain online banking and card services. You will also process deposits, transfers, and account information with professionalism.

Formación

• Two or more years of experience with a financial institution in teller or customer service roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Competent with computer systems and standard office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Greets members as they enter the lobby in an outgoing, courteous manner.
• Cross-sells products/services as needed to meet members' financial needs.
• Reviews membership applications for approval and opens account types.
• Assists members with deposits, IRAs, CDs, checks, address changes, transfers, and other needs.
• Instructs on Audio Response System, Home Banking, Bill Payer, cards, and Moneyline transfers.
• Corresponds with members via internet or mail to resolve questions.
