Job summary

FIRST SERVICE CREDIT UNION is seeking a friendly, front-line member service representative to deliver superior service and ensure members feel valued. Responsibilities include handling transactions, answering inquiries, and maintaining accurate records at a Spring, TX branch.

You will balance cash drawer, issue checks/cards, promote applicable products, and support branch teammates. Availability for backup at other branches and occasional Saturdays is required.

Qualifications

• Up to six months of banking or cash-handling experience.
• Knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and AML regulations.
• Courteous, tactful, and diplomatic customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle member transactions in person, by mail, or by phone.
• Balance daily work, cash drawer, and negotiables; issue checks and cashier cards.
• Maintain member accounts and open new accounts.
• Answer telephone inquiries and forward messages.
• Promote products and services based on member needs.
• Support teamwork and assist others when needed; travel to branches for backup; occasional Saturdays.
