Job summary

Rally Credit Union in McAllen, Texas seeks a friendly front desk associate to greet members and visitors, guide them to the right staff, and support ATM/ITM and e-services usage. The role includes light clerical tasks to ensure efficient service and a welcoming lobby environment.

You will monitor lobby wait times, maintain familiarity with our products, assist with account-related requests, and help ensure all member needs are addressed promptly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer service or receptionist experience.
• Credit union or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and visitors as the first point of contact.
• Update lobby tracker and route to appropriate staff.
• Assist members with ATM/ITM and e-services as needed.
• Provide back-up clerical support to ensure timely service.
• Maintain lobby neatness and clear signage.
• Answer general member questions about accounts and services.
• Assist with account maintenance tasks (check orders, address changes, etc.).
