Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet members warmly and build rapport at arrival.
• Assist with account and loan inquiries, including fraud forms and transfers.
• Process wire transfers, instant cards, and account closings.
• Refer cross-sell opportunities to enhance member value.
• Coordinate branch schedules and maintain branch calendar.
• Ensure branch safety, procedures, and daily balancing tasks.
