Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to greet members and guests and deliver exceptional service. As the first point of contact, you’ll educate on programs, events, pricing, and policies while building value-based relationships that boost loyalty.

• Minimum 6 months service/reception experience.
• Completion of Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work at least 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Handle incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Educate members on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Build relationships with members and guests, creating extraordinary experiences.
