Life Time Inc. is looking for a Membership Concierge I at our Shelby Township club to provide top-notch service to members and guests. You will be the friendly first point of contact, helping visitors with programs, events, pricing, and policies to ensure everyone has a welcoming experience.

In this role, you will maintain a hospitality mindset, assist with transactions and account changes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment that supports members' healthy lifestyle goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
