Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I to be the first point of contact for members and guests at our Centreville club.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, educate guests on programs, events, pricing, and policies, and foster value-based relationships that drive loyalty and healthy lifestyle goals. The role emphasizes hospitality, multi-tasking in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to assist with transactions and account changes while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience
• Concierge Certification upon hire
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Commitment to serve others
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes
