Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge to deliver the highest quality customer service to members and guests at our Rochester Hills club. As the first point of contact, you will help ensure everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued in a fun, healthy environment.

You will educate members about programming, events, pricing, and policies, handle transactions, and support members in meeting their healthy lifestyle goals in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi‑task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to stand for four hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operate as first point of contact for members and guests
• Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests
• Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests about club programming, events, pricing, and policies
• Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences
• Assist members with transactions and general account changes

Education

HS graduate or equivalent
