Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge I to deliver the highest quality customer service to members and guests, serving as the first contact to ensure visitors feel welcomed and valued in a health-focused club setting.

You will educate guests on programs, events, pricing and policies, building value-based relationships that increase loyalty and support members in meeting their healthy lifestyle goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification prior to or upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge to educate members and guests on club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
