Responsibilities

• Be the primary lobby greeter, set a positive, efficient member experience.
• Memorize member names and preferences to personalize service.
• Maintain the MyMAX Perks area to reflect brand and service standards.
• Respond to inquiries about services and accounts; process stop payments and check orders; provide referrals.
• Cross-train with lobby staff and assist with account openings as needed.
• Cross-sell products based on member needs and track referrals.
• Maintain professional grooming, communication, and demeanor per policy.
• Encode ATM/debit cards and manage member records with accuracy.
• Collaborate across departments and support teammates.
• Maintain a member-first mindset.
• Uphold core values and build strong relationships.
• Complete all required training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
