Job summary

Rally Credit Union is seeking a Teller in McAllen, TX to serve members with accurate cash handling, deposits, withdrawals and payments. You will promote credit union products, maintain transaction records, and provide friendly, efficient member service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months cash handling or cross-selling experience preferred.
• Must maintain accuracy, speed, and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate member transactions and maintain records.
• Process deposits, loan payments, checks, withdrawals and cash advances.
• Cross-sell and promote credit union products and services.
• Balance cash drawer and resolve discrepancies; report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products and policies, including BSA/AML compliance.
