Job summary

YouFit is seeking a part-time team member in Miami, FL to deliver outstanding member service and help manage daily gym operations. Responsibilities include handling check-ins, answering calls, assisting with memberships and retention, and maintaining clean facilities.

The role requires English proficiency, 18+ years of age, flexible availability, and basic computer skills to operate the check-in system and manage accounts. Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and writing in English.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills for processing check-ins and managing accounts.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Member Service - Create a welcoming environment and greet members.
• Monitor Gym Access – ensure active accounts and follow check-in policies.
• Handle Member accounts - assist with account questions and updates.
• Answer and Direct Calls – manage inquiries and route to appropriate dept.
• Assist with Membership & Personal Training Retention – engage with members to retain services.
• Perform Opening & Closing Duties – open/close procedures for operations.
• Process Payments & Manage Cash Drawer – handle POS transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Enforce Gym Policies & Maintain Standards – ensure compliance with policies.
• Assist with Gym Cleanliness – maintain cleanliness and sanitation of facilities.
• Report Safety, Facility, or Equipment Concerns – identify and report hazards.
