Job summary

Gold's Gym in College Station, TX is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to warmly greet members and guests, check in members, handle inquiries, and support gym operations with a professional, friendly attitude.

You'll assist with memberships, process purchases at the front desk, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and coordinate with trainers and management to ensure a memorable guest experience while upholding safety and policy standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and direct them as they enter.
• Check-in members using proper procedures.
• Address member inquiries about gym operations and policies.
• Handle front desk calls and take messages for management.
• Process retail and concession sales at the front desk.
• Assist with membership enrollment and kiosk/sign-ups.
• Provide security and control to front desk and retail areas.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear proper uniform with nametag.
• Log maintenance issues and safety concerns to management.
• Attend staff meetings as directed.
• Assist with class check-ins via app and member registrations.
• Support light cleaning and organization of the front desk area.
• Adhere to attendance policies and schedule as required.
• Assist with other duties as directed by management.
