Job summary

Gold's Gym is seeking a Front Desk Team Member in Houston to warmly greet members and guests, direct inquiries, and support daily front desk operations. You will check-in members, answer calls, assist with class registrations, and manage retail sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.

The role requires strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to multi-task in a busy fitness environment, including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Able to work holidays and weekends.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and direct them upon entry.
• Check members in using proper procedures.
• Assist with guest registrations and appointments to trainers.
• Handle front desk inquiries and phone calls professionally.
• Process retail and concession sales and maintain inventory.
• Assist with class registrations via app.
• Attend staff meetings and maintain front desk cleanliness.
