Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct members, guests, and staff at the front desk.
• Check members in using proper procedures and monitor check-ins.
• Assist with member requests and inquiries about gym operations.
• Handle front desk phone calls and messages for management.
• Assist with memberships sales and sign-ups at kiosk or computer.
• Maintain clean and organized front desk area and inventory.
• Log maintenance concerns and report safety issues to management.
• Attend staff meetings and follow company policies.
