East Bank Club is seeking a friendly Club Receptionist to warmly welcome members and guests, assist with check-in, and coordinate with multiple departments to resolve inquiries. You will be the first impression for members, ensuring a smooth, professional experience and escalating issues as needed.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Part-time schedule includes early mornings and weekend shifts at our Chicago location.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all individuals into the club; assist members, guests and vendors as needed.
• Monitor and perform accurate check-in procedures for all members and guests.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills at all times.
• Complete duties while multitasking as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for reception staff.
• Route calls and alert departments on visitors and guests.
• Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
