Invited Clubs seeks a Concierge to deliver exceptional service to club members before, during, and after visits. You will handle calls, reservations, and emails, promoting club amenities and events while building strong member relationships.

A strong hospitality mindset and polished communication are essential to enhance member satisfaction. You will support outreach to new and at-risk members, coordinate with departments, and ensure accurate records in M360 and MemberFirst platforms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Service-oriented mindset with guest focus.
• Friendly, professional phone demeanor.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm greetings to members and guests and ensure a positive first impression.
• Answer calls, manage reservations, and respond to emails with prompt, courteous service.
• Promote club offerings and events to members and assist with outreach efforts.
• Document interactions and reservations in the club's systems accurately.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and assist with event registrations and follow-ups.
