Job summary

The Life Time Membership Concierge I in Colorado is the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring a welcoming, value-based experience as they navigate club programs and services.

You will educate members on events, pricing, and policies while building loyalty and supporting healthy lifestyle goals, with a minimum of 15 hours per week and opportunities for growth within a vibrant, health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Concierge Certification required upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Strong commitment to serving others and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Excellent verbal communication and hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Handles incoming calls and facilitates visits.
• Maintains updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Assists with transactions and general account changes.
