As the first contact, you ensure everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued while enjoying a fun, healthy work environment and building value-based relationships to boost loyalty. The role involves handling calls, educating members on programs, events, pricing and policies, and assisting with transactions and account changes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
• Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
• Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Commitment to serve others.
• Effective communication skills.
• Passion for living a healthy way of life.
• Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good verbal communication.
• Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities

• Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
• Maintains updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests.
• Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
