Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Membership Concierge I in Austin, TX to warmly welcome members and guests as their first point of contact.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, educating on club programming, events and policies, and building value-based relationships that foster loyalty and support healthy life goals. The position requires a minimum of 6 months service or reception experience, the ability to work at least 15 hours per week, and a commitment to serving others

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
Must work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Commitment to serve others.
Effective communication skills.
Passion for living a healthy way of life.
Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Must have good verbal communication.
Must be able to stand for 4 hours at a time.
Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

Operates as first point of contact for members and guests.
Receives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests.
Maintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences.
Assists members with transactions and general account changes.
