Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous sales or customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; 18+.
• Authorized to work in the United States and maintain eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Check in members and guests accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate club events, promotions, and important announcements.
• Promote and sell retail products and club services.

• Process payments for club amenities and services.
• Schedule member services and maintain schedules.
