Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class customer service, promote CLUB membership, and act as product expert on the sales floor. You will greet customers, demonstrate products, process applications and payments, and help maintain accurate CLUB inventory and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process CLUB applications and payments; service member accounts and questions.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support CLUB operations and comply with CLUB processes and policies.
• Assist in multiple store areas based on business need.
