Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service and promote CLUB membership benefits on the sales floor. The role focuses on product expertise, account servicing, and CLUB processes including acquiring members and processing applications.

This part-time position emphasizes member experience, compliance, accurate inventory, and collaborative coaching within the store environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present the opportunity to join Bass Pro Shops CLUB or offer exclusive experiences to current members.
• Demonstrate products and explain CLUB benefits to customers.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and assist with CLUB applications.
• Keep CLUB inventory accurate and the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support CLUB processes and serve other store areas as needed.
