Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class customer service and educate guests about CLUB membership benefits. The Outfitter will become the product expert, handle CLUB applications, and support sales while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will execute CLUB processes, coach peers, and ensure compliance with program requirements, while interacting across store areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers proactively and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Demonstrate CLUB products and educate customers about benefits.
• Process payments and CLUB member applications; maintain accurate records.
• Provide daily feedback and reports on CLUB operations.
• Support CLUB inventory accuracy and keep the CLUB Booth organized.
