Bass Pro Shops is seeking an enthusiastic CLUB Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote CLUB membership. You will act as a CLUB product expert, handle account servicing, and assist with membership activation and sales while upholding compliance standards.

You will also greet customers, demonstrate products, process CLUB applications, and ensure inventory accuracy at the CLUB Booth. Strong communication and organizational skills support this role in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a related role.
• Experience in a customer service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops CLUB Membership or enhance current member experience.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs and process CLUB applications.
