Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service. You will act as the CLUB product expert, assist with membership activation, processing applications, and providing a premium CLUB Member experience on the sales floor.

The role supports CLUB operations, including payments, account inquiries, and cross-team coaching, in a fast-paced retail environment with reliable hours and a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities or exclusive member experiences.
• Serve as product expert and execute CLUB processes including membership activation and applications.
• Process payments and answer account questions to provide the CLUB Member experience.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide daily feedback and reports to help store operations.
