Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote the CLUB membership to guests. The role includes becoming the product expert, processing applications, and ensuring CLUB processes and compliance are followed.

The person will greet customers, present special CLUB experiences, and support CLUB sales while maintaining booth organization and accurate inventory. This position emphasizes customer experience and teamwork in a full-time retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote the CLUB membership.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with account setup and applications.
• Process CLUB sales, payments, and inquiries accurately.
• Maintain CLUB booth organization and inventory controls.
• Provide feedback and reports on a daily basis and mentor peers.
