Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote CLUB memberships. You will be the product expert while processing memberships, activations, and club-related inquiries to provide an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor.

You will greet customers, demonstrate CLUB benefits, process payments and applications, and keep the CLUB Booth organized. This role supports store goals and offers part-time opportunities with competitive starting pay.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
0 to 2 years of experience preferred.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Experience in a customer service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
Self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and present the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops CLUB Member.
Demonstrate CLUB processes, sell memberships, and answer account questions.
Process payments, applications, and provide the CLUB Member experience.
Keep the CLUB Booth clean, organized, and inventories accurate.
Provide daily feedback and support as a CLUB advocate and store representative.
Assist in other store areas as needed.
