Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world class service and promote CLUB membership. You will be the product expert, handle account servicing, member acquisition and activation, CLUB sales, and ensure compliance with CLUB processes.

You will greet guests, demonstrate CLUB benefits, process payments and applications, and provide the full CLUB Member experience across store operations. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Execute CLUB operating and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products and inform customers about sales and benefits.
• Process CLUB payments, applications, and account questions.
• Provide peer coaching and act as a CLUB advocate.
