Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service, explain CLUB benefits, and guide guests through membership enrollment and activations. You will operate CLUB processes, answer account questions, and support store goals while ensuring compliance in a dynamic retail environment.

You will also engage customers, demonstrate products, and help achieve store metrics with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a related role.
• Experience in customer service environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and a pleasant shopping experience.
• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s CLUB Membership.
• Execute all CLUB operational and compliance programs.
• Demonstrate products and stay informed on advertised sales.
• Assist with CLUB member experiences, processing payments, and account questions.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth organized.
• Provide daily feedback and reports; coach peers as a CLUB advocate.
• Support store operations across areas based on business needs.
