Responsibilities

• Deliver superior member service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Audit merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Follow express pay and checkout procedures; verify receipts.
• Monitor member flow and respond to EAS alarms as needed.
• Maintain safety and adherence to club policies.
