Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and an attention to detail are required.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months.
• Age requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior member service at the point of contact.
• Resolves member concerns courteously and escalates when needed.
• Maintains merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Monitors entrance/exit activity and conducts bag checks as required.
• Ensures safety and a positive environment for members and team members.
