Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team member to deliver superior customer service and uphold security and policy standards across the club. You will greet members, assist with inquiries, and help maintain a safe, organized shopping environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness, and adherence to club policies, with opportunities to participate in our Gold standards and performance measures. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, member-focused team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required.
• Basic math skills are preferred.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device.
• Must complete required training and certification processes.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months.
• Age requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior member service through greeting, assistance, and thanks.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Audit store procedures and ensure safety for members and team members.
• Inspect bags and belongings as part of security protocols.
• Support club policies, procedures and daily operations.
