BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a team member to deliver exceptional member service, oversee merchandise protection, and support club policies and procedures. You will monitor entry/exit, perform audits, and uphold safety standards while maintaining a positive, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include greeting members, resolving issues, and following Gold Club standards to ensure a clean, welcoming club atmosphere and accurate inventory practices.

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required.
• Basic math skills expected.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior member service in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Resolves member concerns and escalates to management when needed.
• Maintains merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Audits Express Pay, curbside, and same-day delivery per procedures.
• Monitors entry/exit activity and inspects bags as required.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
