Job summary

Texas Dow Employees Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Associate to deliver a memorable Member experience by processing deposits and withdrawals, servicing accounts, and assisting with consumer loans. You will schedule Member appointments and own issues to resolve problems, while driving cross-sell opportunities and promoting digital solutions.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of customer service experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a detail-oriented, service-driven approach.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience is preferred. Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Processes basic and complex teller transactions in lobby and drive-up environments, balances instruments daily.
• Opens and maintains deposit accounts and completes loan applications.
• Builds consumer loan packages and coordinates with title work for funding.
• Owns member issues, troubleshoots inquiries and resolves problems, escalates feedback to management.
• Achieves personal sales goals by cross-selling products and referring to insurance, investments and mortgage.
• Educates members on mobile, online, and ATM solutions and escalates complex issues as needed.
• Participates in community development activities and complies with BSA/TDECU policies.
