Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, check orders, and other teller transactions in lobby and drive-thru.
• Open, maintain, and service deposit accounts and consumer loans; assist with loan applications as needed.
• Balance cash and instruments daily; ensure accuracy of postings and title work packages for funding.
• Provide superior member service, resolve issues, and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Educate members on mobile/online banking and digital solutions.
