Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check orders, and loan payments.
• Open, maintain, and service deposit accounts and consumer loans.
• Troubleshoot member issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer to insurance/investment/mortgage services.
